Triffin is a photo-based calorie counter for iPhone and Android. Snap a meal and the app estimates its calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates.
Contact
Email support@triffin.app for help, questions, or to exercise your privacy rights. You can also write to us from the app: Settings, then Contact support. We reply within a few days.
Subscriptions
Triffin Pro is billed through the App Store on iPhone and through Google Play on Android. Manage or cancel it on your iPhone in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions, or on Android in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Deleting your Triffin account does not cancel a subscription.
Deleting your Triffin account
Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account. You have 30 days to restore it by signing in again; after that it is permanently erased. Email us to have it erased sooner.
If you can't use the app, email support@triffin.app from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it as the Privacy Policy describes and reply to confirm.
Reporting content
Every profile, post, comment and repost in the app has a ••• menu to report it. You can also hide any post from your feed and block any account; hiding and blocking take effect at once. We act on every report within 24 hours. You can also email us about any content or account.
